How do you get a certain character?

Hi everyone and I am new to tamatalk. I was just wondering, how do you get a zukitchi?

I mean, is it unhealthy or something? Please let me know.

Apparently it's average and it needs 75% trainning (7/10 trainning points)

So please replay as soon as possible.

yeah, it's true. It's kinda average. My friend says he's a "lucky character" but I dun believe him. take average care and you should get him
