Do you mean the Old Timer characters, or just an Tama that is old?
If you want Old Timer characters, just wait. Don't accept the matchmaker, so it doesn't have a baby. If it does, it will not become a Old Timer because it will go to TamaTown instead of dying.
If you mean a just plain " Old " Tama, then just wait for it to become old
