How do you get Kuromametchi

My Tama-go is a teen now and i rly want him to be Kuromametchi any advise?

Feed him as soon as possible. Play with it until its fully happy... Catch him before he poo's on the floor... When it calls, respond to it. Don't let it get sick... That sort of stuff.

Take perfect care of that teen and you very well may just get Kuromametchi.
