How do you get pictures on top of your username?

When someones looks at your username to see who has replyed how do you put that picture above it????

Roll ur mouse over to settings then click edit avatar.

The pic is called an Avatar (or Avvie for short!)

I`m not sure how to get an avvie not from the tamatalk gallerys.

I went to https://moeruavatar.com/index_en.shtml

and made an avatar, saved it to My Documents and typed it in avatar options I clicked browse and it said"sory error:that file can`t be loaded.
