Add it to a site that you can upload things on (e.g. deviantART-look at my siggy) And then give the lucky winner a link to the pic via PM/Email/other. Or you could just change your avvie to the one you wanna give away for a short time, PM the winner, and wait untill they Pm you saying they've got it. (They have to drag your avatar to their desktop, and then change heri avvie to that. Simple. Or incredibly complicated...

I use imageshack.us , You don't have to sign up. Then you put the image you want then upload it to imageshack.us then give the person the link to the picture/avatar. That easy.
