For V4, correct?
Is your Tamagotchi character already in kindergarten, or has it only recently hatched?
For Kindergarten: you will get a [!] mail when your Tamagotchi character is old enough. When you open that mail the kindergarten teacher will come to you. Later on when you want to attend class, activate the heart icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then select Work from the menu. At the Away screen, press the B (middle) button.
For regular school: you will get a [!] mail when your Tamagotchi character is old enough. When you open that mail your character will go to the school. You will see her/him standing in front of a teacher. There are three teachers to select from. Press the A (left) button to pick a different teacher, or the B (middle) button to accept the current one. Again, to attend class, activate the heart icon in the upper right corner of your screen, then select Work from the menu. At the Away screen, press the B (middle) button.
