are you sure you are holding down alt and pressing 3 on the left of your keyboard? ♥ and make sure num lock is on.

yep! You can make all sorts of pictures with the "alt code" method, here is a site with some alt codes on it!

Hold ALT and then let go and press 3 on you number PAD really fast. ♥♥♥♥♥ It's really easy. ^_^ ♥♥♥♥♥

And do the same but use 1 & 2 instead and it gives you this : ☺☻☺☻☺☻☺
