I did all 5 secret codes and as a result, got the rare costume. Could anyone be so kind as to tell me how to put it on? Thank you in advance!

You need to be an adult to wear the costume.

Pacman24 is right. Only Adult characters can wear the costume.

When yours evolves into the adult, just go to the Friends & Items/Presents list and scroll through all the presents - you'll see the costume in the list. Just press B to select it in the normal way.

Yes, but some things can be used by teens and under. I know a teen can use a

ball

shovel

plant

action figure (he sleeps with it at night)

Those are all I know though.
