How long will the parent stay?!?!?

I'm pretty sure it's two days and on the second day at 12 a.m. it leaves.
Completely 24 unpaused hours. ^-^
For example, If my tamagotchi had a baby around Tuesday 5 PM, and If I had it unpaused for until Wednesday 5 Pm, you can set the time to 11:59 PM then wait until Midnight, and watch your tamagotchi adult leave. If you pause it over night they could stay for as long you want, as long as you keep doing that process. Hope I helped.

all depends on how old it is the directions say after the baby is born the parent will take care of it for 24 hours will that help?
