How many skill points do you need to get Togetchi?

I know you need arts but i don't know how many.

Doesn't matter you must make sure your tamagotchi is the highest in the arts/talent section. It must be a male. It can evolve from Gourmetchi or Hinotamatchi, just make sure it has more points in the art/talent section than the other 2 sections. At least make sure it's over 40, and make sure those other parts aren't to low, unless you will get a universal Adult, good luck on getting Togetchi!

Togetchi- I got a Togetchi, it's kinda ugly when far, but very cute when near!!!

How to get Togetchi- First you need to get a boy, then your tama. baby boy should evolve into a Puchitchi, Mizutamatchi, or Mohitamatchi (I got a Mohitamatchi), easy to get Togetchi is Mizutamatchi, let you Mizu, or Puchi, or Mohi, turn into a Gourmetchi or Hinotamatchi(Don't let your skill points below 10, for sure it will turn into a universal teen, need more than 30 I guess)( I got a Hinotamatchi), let your arts skill points be very high (Like 150)and you'll have a Togatchi, play dance for easy getting an art 150, GUD LUCK!!!!
