Only once have I raised a secret character on a Tamagotchi, but if you were to include the original Digimon, it would be two. Those two were Bill and Monzaemon/Teddymon.

I have had a 'secret' character, Oyajitchi once.

There's nothing rare on Kiwitchi, it is a normal character in Connection/Connexion V2.
