How to get Kunoitchi on Tama-Go?

I just got my second generation today, and it's another girl... so does anyone have the almost precise requirements for raising a Kunoitchi? Thanks!

You need to take bad care, but have high training and friendship, I think.

You get kunoitchi by taking horrible care, but have at least 4 or so training bars. Basicly, neglect it like crazy.
