That happend to me now , you should write down a password so you can veiw them l8or. mine was a but now is a

The exact same thing happened to me...But I think it's cause I already visited the parent at Tamatown.com.

Even if you do write down the password it always changes so there is no way to go back if you cant see the parent anymore on the tamagotchi toy.
