Hmm If you could give me an image of that tama maybe I could help you. If it is an especial charatcer ( I mean to get it thorugh A LOT of points) then I think you need to have 350+/400+ "Life Points" (Or however you call it) to get the special character.

Well, You have to get Ura Mametchi as a regular adult, and you have to get 350+ Funny points. Also, you have to get 450+ points total.
