I cannot access to Henshin Jo !

Hi, right now on my tamagotchi id l, i have a kuromametchi..

I know he can transform himself into "metal kuromametchi" if i make him play guitar in the Henshin Jo..

and we told me this place is in the list of the door icon, is the last one who appears basically with the: "???????"

and that i can access the Henshin Jo after collect the 4 happy: tamatomo

I have the tamatomo.. but the place is still unreachable and still in the form of: "??????"

Did i miss a step?

are you sure you have successfully got all the 4 seals and all that?

And by seals, we mean four individual characters that got the four happy symbols before being married off.

hi, i saw on a link that in the tamagotchi ID L we can access to this also: Daiou no Shiro (Gotchi King's Castle)

but i guess as is the last one, we have to have all the differents tamagotchi characters as "parents" !?
