I have a huge problem

Hi.

I have a huge problem with my computer. It won't let me use Windows Live Messenger 8.1. It says there was several problems signing in (i've tried checking the firewall settings) but I had to do it from another user.

Please can you help.

I would help you if I could, but I'm no computer genius.

All I can say is that my computer is going through the exact same thing- right now.

My friend e-mailed me a virus, and now I can't sign on to MSN plus 8.5...
