How exactly and WHAT Exactly is "Perfect Care"...I have a feeling it means, "Watch your Tamagotchi and DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT Blink. And be QUICK with your hand eye coordination, LIGHTNING fast."...*Gulp*...

"perfect" means not letting the happy / hungry gauges drop to empty. It also means curing illness within a few minutes. (Illness generally does not occur past the baby stage, unless you've let the happy or hungry gauge empty and remain empty for some time.)

Note that depending on the version of your Tamagotchi, you can't rely on care as the only means of getting a specific character. On many models, skill points and who the parents were is also a factor.
