Ok, my tama had a baby today. will it go away tonight, or tomorrow night? And if it is tomorrow, will it go away at 12:00 am?

it all depends on how much you pause it. but it WILL go at 12:00 pm. and it probably wont go the first night. maybe the second but it SHOULD for sure go at third if not second night this is if you dont ever puause it

Um... I think if you don't pause it throughout the night it will leave.
