ok here it is, my tamagotchi V4 was 'eaight years' old and it was a boy, but the for some reason this little egg-shapped thing with wings on it appeard in the screan and i counld get that off so i legt it for a while and the something new showed up... there was a bath tub with an egg in the corner and it looked like it was hatching, so i wanted to see if my othere one was still living so i hit the very first button and now there is and egg on my screen that wont seem to go away... so my quetion is what is this egg thing and how do i get it to go away?
i really need help...

Yes, your tamagotchi died. Now you need to hatch your new tama. Just click the buttons [i think the 'B' one] a few times and a new one should hatch.
