i want to know if u need to change the battery and it has the battery symbol on the tamagotchi then if u change it will it delete everything or will it still be the same?

After you change the battery, press "reset" and then choose download. Your tamagotchi should be back to normal, no starting over!

oh ok thank u i did not know because one of my friends said that if u change the battery when it shows it then my tamagotchi will be the same so i just wanted to make sure thank u very much

all you do is take the battery out, and when the new one is in, push "download"
