ID L rooms are dark?

Hey my ID L is acting funny...to me at least

My first tama had a baby and left right away (is it normal for them to leave as soon as the baby hatches?) on its birthday.

Ever since the birthday banner was up yesterday all the other rooms of the tama (not the living room) are a dark orange. I'm so confused! I've tried cleaning but it doesn't change. Its dark during the day or night.

Clean it with these items.

Vacuum = Bedroom and Living Room

Tub Scrubber = Shower Room

Mop = Kitchen and Toilet.

Also, just a fun fact, your Tama might not have been celebrating its birthday; Rather, the iD L celebrates the birthdays of all the raisable Tamas on the iD L.

Mmhmm. If you keep the sound on (It'll also work with sound off, but it's easiest to catch if the sound is on) then it'll do a 'birthday animation' at 7:30, 12:30, and I think 3:30.
