Im confused about this! PLEASE READ!

I just go to the Concert Hall for signing up for the Weekly Competitions. When I sign up, suddenly Rosetchi said "you cant sign up for the competitions. Please check the competition requirements!" . But, what did I miss? I already have a feature CD, have band members, but what is missing??? Please post a reply about this thing... Im realy confused....

We've already got an existing (active) topic about the Music City Competition / Band glitch so please, rather than make a new topic about the same thing, could you post comments in just the one topic?

It keeps the forums tidy and all the useful / interesting info in just one, easy to find place
