I'm confused!

Dear fellow Tamatalkers,

I have a small question. How many of you have ever seen that forum, (and I'm sure many of you have), "Mega Adoption Centre!"? I just don't get it! I mean, people name a whole bunch of those Clickable Smilies (like this and then claim they give them away! It is a huge forum, and hundreds of people are involved. Could someone please explain this? Hoe can you give away Smilies?
