Im getting really freaked out!

When my tamagotchis not doing anything i press the c button and it jumps up in the air and starts spinning around!!

Is this normal?

Of course it is normal. That's what happens when you press the C button when you are a toddler. It acts like you just fed it the favorite food. No need to be freaked out.
