Will my ringotchi be able to grow up to be a mimitchi?

IMO, ringotchi's are probably from average care. You can't get a mimitchi from them, BUT you can get a mametchi. I got a Mametchi and a Rabitchi from two ringotchis

Aww. It's probably because I have only four training points. But since mine is female, I can't get a Mametchi, right?

No, the reason you can't is because mimitchi's are in even generations and ringotchi's are in odd generations (along with mametchi's). Yeah you can get a mametchi, my mametchi is female.

I think it's cute. Click on your tamas status and click B 3 times. It will say what gen it is, I believe yours is 1st. This is a great site!
