Yes, it is possible. But whatever you put on your tama doesn't stay on forever. Your tamagotchi just dances around with it for a while, then goes back to normal.

the wings and clothes are not one time use, you can use it forever

and you can look up what tamagotchi character you have by looking at the tamagotchi v3 character chart

YES!!!! Like on V3, there's a shirt. Tamas can look very cute in that... though it costs 1000p.
