Is Minotchi Rare?

If you get a Minotchi does that mean that you take care of your Tamagotchi well?

The most important factor for which V4 character you get is how many of which skill points you have. When a Young Kuchipatchi or Oniontchi teen is ready to grow into an adult, he will become a Minotchi if he has more intellectual (pencil icon) skill points than arts skill points (star burst icon) or social (flower icon) skill points at the moment it changes into an adult.

no, you are right. because makiko is a special character, you have to get 350-450 arts points to get her!! (you have to have more arts than the other two skill points)

Yes, Makiko is a very special and hard-to-get character You have to have at least 350 Arts/Fashion points in-order to unlock Makiko as your character.

I have gotten a Minotchi before, it didn't take much. No- Minotchi is NOT a rare character for the V4 tamagotchi ^_^
