I don't think so. On a scale of 1 to 10, it's probably a 2 in good health. But don't worry, I get that 1 alot and just 2 be sure when U connect, see if it goes up & away with a squiggle or a poof. A poof means good care and a squiggle means bad care. On good care, the hearts don't drop as fast as bad and they're usually on the bottom of the character charts. But it's not the worst odd character. I think piroiroitchi is and then on even it's hashitamatchi.
