not yet, but i can assure you it wont be coming out soon. i think you can find something out from bandai, but otherwise, not sure.

There is no V5. BanDai has released a new Tamagotchi Connection Version 4.5, which has many new characters, games, and careers. The V4.5 has a PC pack that you can buy for it and your tamagotchi can be in your computer, too. There are already many V4.5 out on Ebay, Toys R Us, Target, and wal-Mart. The V4.5 is still being distributed around the country so it may be in this part of a city and may not be in another part. It depends on where you live. There is a V4.5, but not a V5.

There is no V5 yet but I can assure you there will probably be one later this year or early next year the way BanDai has been updating Tamagotchi versions lately.
