Isn't the V4 out right now?

Just wanted to know...isn't the V4 out in America right now? I thought there would be a topic where everyone would be discussing how cool the V4 is compared to the V3 or something but there hasn't been a thread where US people are talking about them.

They're still not out for me x.x It's making me mad. I've looked in a lot of stores with absoultely no luck. I'm in Western Washington.

Yes the V4 is out in America I own one. I like both the V3 and the V4 though. I think the only things th at are preferable of the V3 compared to the V4 is tamatown has more features and V4's tamatown is still under construction.
