Yes! Once the little flag is out of sight, you get 100 points!

you can ive gotten at leaset 30

You just have to press the button thats under the previously highlited button in at least 0.5 seconds to all three buttons.

You gotta hit each button when it lights up. Get all three and you get up to 100 points!

Your tama will also lose 3 pounds.

Yes, if your reflexes are good enough and you manage to hit all three buttons. I've gotten 5, 8, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, and 100 points at one time or another. The faster you are, the higher the chance will be that you get higher points. Turning on the sound will make it easier to get.
