You need to give him 5000+ ponits then he will give you a password. the enter the password at tamatown.com and he will let you in. And he will give you a ring

he can, i have donated 5,000 12,000 and 30,000 and i got a ring a cape and a crown, and after you get all the items from the king, you get a royal costume item!!!!
