"Karma" Question

I am not very new to Tamatalk, but I do not know how the "Karma" bar works. Can anyone explain it to me please?

Hello Memetchi Dreamer,

Karma is a warning and reward system. You earn good karma by posting polite and helpful posts. Also, you can easily earn good karma by either posting in the Help forums or helping other people with life problems, or with TamaTalk related questions.

Bad karma is when you are breaking one or more of the TamaTalk Rules.

Another thing about karma is that No karma is also good karma. I am afraid that it's easier to get bad karma than good.

We (the Guides and Admin team) do try to keep track who needs the good karma too, it's just not as obvious so personally I am sorry for not giving out as much good as I want to. It's just that bad behavior screams out to the site management and good just blends in more.
