Kekiebo Instructions?

Does anyone have a set of instruction for a Kekeibo (sp?)? My friend and her sister got one each for Christmas but got V3 instructions instead.. they have no idea how to use it and I'm not much better.. anyone?

Skillful Abbot, the member who wrote that topic, used to have a fairly comprehensive guide on his web site, but his web site is offline now. His friend, Mothra has some of his articles, maybe she has his kakeibo information too.
