Why does leaftchi have so many names?

Well, there are different kinds,....for example:

this is known as ethier furawatchi or vioetchi

Leftchi However, is green, and it is called,"leftchi!!"

Well, the !! isn't lol.

Their is anouther called blosemchi?

I got vioetchi/leftchi(whatever the color)

as my first one so I love it!!
