they exist. at least for v3 tamas, they do. my friend has gotten one.

Love potions exist in the v2 and v3. You can find the shop codes pinned in the "Tamagotchi Codes" section of TamaTalk. Hope I helped!

yes, the love potion or known as honey is available in v2 and v3 only. it is not in v1
