my friend has a couple tamas, but on 1 of his v4s, he always gets mail, but his other v4 never does, why is this?? and can it be fixed.

do you mean that he's never, ever gotten mail, or he gets it, just not as often as the other tamagotchi?

no, he NEVER gets it, he got it for the first time yesterday, but not since, and that was more than a day ago, im puzzled, and he wants the king to be able to send him points and gifts.

It's happened to me before, you could reset it and then download. Then the mail started coming.

how old is the one who never gets mail? because if its to young to go to school, that might be why. sometimes you get mail by doing things, like connecting or going to school, or going on tamatown (that happens to me alot!)
