make up will not work !:(

i have make up for my v4 but it does not know how to use it i put it out and it gets a ? above its head!!!!!! is it like the cds you have to get the stereo first well do you have to do that with the make up you have to get some thing first !!!!!!!! plz help im a new v4 user im a new tama use !!!!!! HELP HELP!!!! *CRYING*

You need to buy your tamagotchi a mirror from the shop, this is why your tamagotchi can't use make up.

You will have to look out for one in the shop - or use that little "cheat" and set the tama clock to 2.59pm and 6.59pm to restock the shop.

You tama will use the make up when it has a mirror in its ITEM list

Also I think the shop refills around 11:59 AM (Wait a minute), that happened to me before.
