You can post a new topic in the Introductions forum to introduce yourself to the other members of TamaTalk and you can post in lots of topics - that way you get to know people well - and you can use the PM system to invite other members to be friends.
(Remember, you need to make your own new topic - not to introduce yourself in someone else's topic) ^_^
But we ask members not to post general "chatty" topics on the forums as they are not "instant messenger" type boards like msn / AIM or Yahoo.
We also have TamaCHAT - it's a Chat room for all members of TamaTalk where you can meet up with other members and get to know them when you chat:
