Ok, so I'm completely done w/training, I need to go to Victoria Island or where ever, and I talked to Lucas and he gave me instructions to get there, but naturally I forgot them. So where do I go?

Go to SouthPerry and talk to the person at the boat launch.

I can't remember their name o.o It's been a while since I was there last.

They'll take you over to Victoria.

Go out of Amherst onto the split road and go down to Southperry.

Hit W to take a look at the world map. I also think you have to be level 6 or 7 to get off... Something like that.
