Mario Card (Mario Kart Arcade GP 2) Help

Can someone help me? Do you know Mario Kart Arcade GP 2? That card that you save your data on? Well, how do you renew it? I only have thirteen races remaining and I need to know!

OK, you know that card that you save your data on, which, you can put into the machine to continue?

What I'd like to know is how to renew it! I read a website and it said 'After all your races are up, you have to renew it'.

That is what I'd like to know!
