of course they must be diffrent genders. also you could connect them A LOT!!!!!!! or if its a v3(for fast results) go to the shop press a-a-a-a and th shop keeper should look surprised, now punch in BCBCCABA. if you have a v4 (for fast results) click on the left side ( here on tamatalk) and look at the codes and look at what i told you, now instead of BCBCCABA punch in that code!
