I think I know what this is saying, but I just find it weird:

It says your friend list is already full. If you want to add another friend, you have to delete some. I know spanish.

Anyhow, it happens every now and then. There use to be a Spanish message at the beach when you try to walk across the bridge. I guess it's a little glitch by Bandai.

If it happens again, try to log out and log back in again.
