I was on google today and it said that you can get a Mimitchi for sure when its an adult all you have to do is hatch a tama from a black and feed it nothing but carrots I haven't tried it yet because I don't want to reset my tama its fourth generation
is it true

It's a rumour that has been floating around for several of the versions (I think I first read it when the V2 had just launched).
Check the shop lists and food lists - you won't see a carrot on them - so it's not possible to feed your tama carrots ...
If you have a V4, then the Mimitchi can only evolve if it is a female character (and a black baby is a male baby)
