I don't think there is any spefic way to get todddlers!

As for hashitamatchi, I think average care!

I think the kind of toddler you get is random.

As for Hashitamatchi I think you need to take Average/Good care of your toddler. Oh, and you MUST be on an even generation.

Well, discipline a Tamagotchi really well and when it has a baby it should evolve into Kuchitamatchi or Mohitamatchi. It will be random.

Hashitamatchi? I dunno, but on Generation 2, it was the worst teenager character, so average to bad care.
