Music city error

Hello I would like to report an error in music city tamatown it's quite simple it won't let me log in my tama-go and my music star at the same time, when I click log in after I've logged in my tama-go it jumps me to the tamago code entry screen and when I log in the music star first it jump to the music star code entry screen? Does this happen to anyone else? Please tell me I would like to know!
