Music note and noise, but no dancing?

Alright.. This is my first tama. It's a v5. Now, I did do a search on this, but from what I could tell none of the other people asking questions had the same thing happening. Every so often, so far once a day, my tamas will make a little noise and when I look at them, they have a music note above their head. When I read my instructions, those said that sometimes my tamas will make a noise when they want to play the special games, and to go over to the 'training' icon to play them. But, when I do that, the training icon doesn't highlight. Am I doing something wrong? And if not, when DO my tamas want to do training?

They want to play/train at these times.

10am, 12am, 2,pm, 4pm, and 6pm. So you know...

Yup, no problem. You can also turn back/forward the clock to a minute before that and get the music note/training thing right after the minute is done... Sometimes they don't want training... So you could try again or move on to the next time....

How DO you change the time? I haven't been able to figure that out. >.<
