Music Star Account Won't Activate

Whenever my dad tries to enter the Activation Code from the e-mail and his e-mail address, it says that they don't match, but they're the exact code and e-mail from the e-mail! Can someone help me?

They are, but it still says they don't match. (He forwarded it to me, but I still entered his e-mail on the Activation page.)

Before...It happens to me too..i have tried many ID...maybe 5 or 10 times..but now it's working..

Now I have a new problem...it won't let me log in! Can having an outdated Browser contribute to such problems? (Whenever I click anything such as the thing to log in a Music Star, I end up having to refresh)

yeah it happens with me too its so annoying.

what i did was just leave it alone and post on here for a bit and then it loaded.

well i guess my computers new.

so its different. it works better. just bad luck your dosen't.

Good News: I was actually able to log my Tamagotchi (his name is Bob, please refer to him as Bob) in.

Bad News: Now I can't do anything! *kills computer (again)*
