my family bond...i dont have one...

I maybe new to the tamagothic v5 but i know how to work it and stuff...but...

my family isnt going up im stuck at 0 snd i try to let them play wid thier stuff...

but...they arent helping! and even if they play together my tama says they arent bonding!

please tell me how to fix it!
