My Logout Password Always Seems To Be Wrong!

...Everytime I enter my logout password ( i've tried doing it on another computer, too ) my tama just makes a beeping sound like an error has occured or when you lose in a game.

What has happend, and how can I make it work?

I wasted a lot of time getting points, and I wasn't even able to receive them

It might be a glitch, or maybe you are typing it in wrong. when you are using a LOG IN password, the LOG OUT password will go with only the LOG IN password you used. Sometimes you might get confused with what letter/number youare using. So double Check! So if that doesnt work you may have a glitch, or you could try reseting/downloading it.

It probably is a glitch.

Just try retyping it in and make sure you do it correct this time
